Overview
See who can view what, view members, and set engagement limits by group.
What it is
The Access Groups tab lets you:
See which content is assigned to each group.
View the members in those groups.
Adjust engagement permissions (usage allowances) per group.
Why it matters
Limit content access — Put guardrails on which items from Mind each group can view.
Control usage by group — Set message/call allowances; disable anonymous usage if needed.
Create exclusivity — Run invite‑only (Insiders) experiences and keep a private area for Just Me (you + collaborators).
The groups explained
Just Me
For you and collaborators.
Unlimited usage and access to all content (cannot be limited).
Adding someone here also gives them collaborator access to your Delphi.
Insiders
For invite‑only members.
Create the Insiders Access Group to start.
After a user is invited, assign them to Insiders (bulk invitation via CSV supported).
Note: Anything in Public and Anonymous can see) is also available to Insiders.
Public
For members who are logged in with an email address.
Users move to Public when they hit Anonymous limits.
Access to the same content as Anonymous
Useful for lead capture (collect email addresses).
Anonymous
For visitors not logged in.
Same content access as in Public.
You can edit usage allowance for messages/voice, or disable anonymous usage entirely.
When limits are reached, users can log in with email to continue in Public.
You can disable text and call entirely if you don't want any Anonymous users to get access.
Note: Anonymous and Public users access the same content. Anonymous is not logged in and Public is.
