Audience Overview

Turn conversations into relationships: see everyone who has interacted with your Delphi and take action fast.

What It Is

The Audience tab is your live dashboard of everyone who has interacted with your Delphi. Use it to monitor engagement, segment by intent, sync with CRMs, and manage access — all without leaving Studio.

Every conversation creates a data trail. The Audience tab turns that trail into actionable intelligence.

Why It Matters

  • Track engagement: See message counts, last-active dates, and membership tiers at a glance.

  • Sync with your CRM: One-way sync contacts to HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Kit, or Beehive.

  • Filter instantly: Slice by tags, time frames, message ranges, opt-in status, and more.

  • Sort for insight: Reorder by name, messages, last activity, or tier to spot engagement patterns.

  • Search by name or email: Jump straight to any user in seconds.

  • Bulk-edit tags: Add or remove labels across many users at once.

  • Grant or revoke access: Manage who can reach your Delphi with one click.

  • Open rich profiles: View conversation history, contact info, and team notes.

Use this daily to identify your most engaged learners, nurture leads, and keep your community thriving.

Tagging & Automations

Tags are how Delphi organizes and personalizes your audience. They make it easy to segment people by interest, behavior, or relationship stage, and to automate follow-ups using Actions.

How Tagging Works

  • Each user can hold multiple tags (e.g., Lead, VIP, Client, Inactive).

  • Tags can be added manually, uploaded in bulk, or applied automatically via Actions or Alerts.

  • Use tags as filters to power Broadcasts, CRM syncs, and targeted follow-ups.

Adding Tags Manually

  • From Audience → Profile, click Edit Tags.

  • Add one or more labels (use short, clear naming conventions like Lead-Coaching, Cohort-Jan-2025, Not-Yet-Qualified).

Tagging via Upload

When uploading contacts (CSV or CRM import) use the columns listed below, you can include a tags column:

Delphi will automatically apply these tags during import. (Number and tags are optional)

Tagging via Actions

Pair your Alerts and Actions to tag users automatically based on what they say or do:

  • “If user mentions wanting to join the program, tag as Lead.”

  • “If user completes a module, tag as Graduate.”

  • “If user hasn’t messaged in 30 days, tag as Inactive.”

You can then use those tags to:

  • Trigger follow-up messages or Broadcasts.

  • Add users to specific Access Groups.

  • Export filtered lists to your CRM or newsletter.

Bulk Tagging

Select multiple users → Bulk Actions → Add or Remove Tag. This is ideal for marking event attendees, course cohorts, or support tiers in one pass.

Pro tip: Think of tags as your internal signal system. They connect engagement data to automations, insights, and follow-ups — the foundation for scaling personalization.

Filters That Matter

  • Last Interacted: Last 7 / 30 / 90 days

  • Message Ranges: 0–10, 11–50, 51–100, 101–500, 500+

  • SMS Opt-in Status

  • Access Group

  • Tags

Combine filters to find exactly who you need — e.g., Leads (tag) + Last 30 days + Messages > 10 = active prospects worth follow-up.

Best Practices

  • Define tags early: Set a shared taxonomy (e.g., Lead-Coaching, VIP, Cohort-Oct-2025).

  • Automate tagging: Pair with Actions or Alerts to track interest and engagement automatically.

  • Review weekly: Promote high-engagement users, re-engage quiet ones, and remove stale records.

  • Write profile notes: Log post-call context so your team always has history.

  • Use tags for segmentation: Target your top groups with specific Broadcasts or membership offers.
