Manage Content Table

Your master list of documents and media—filter, fix, and organize at scale.

What it is

The Content Table lists everything your Delphi trains on. Use it to track status, filter to working sets, edit in bulk, and keep your knowledge base clean.

Key features

  • Track status with the yellow pill: Queued, Training, Needs attention.

  • Switch views between List and Gallery layouts.

  • Filter fast by Status, Type, and Access group.

  • Search by keyword with the magnifying glass.

  • Sort by Name, Type, or Updated.

  • Organize with folders you create from + Folder.

  • Select in bulk to update many items at once.

Best practice: Filter by Needs attention first, fix issues, then organize into folders.

FAQs

  • Where did my upload go and what’s its status? Check the yellow Training box and filter by Queued/Training/Needs attention.

  • How do I hide citations on a few docs? Use bulk edit → Hide citations for the selected items.

  • How do I find only Websites or only Snippets? Filter by Type.

  • How do I sort by newest uploads? Click Updated.

  • Can I do a bulk edit? There’s no undo for a bulk edit. Run another bulk edit to reverse changes - use small batches for safety!

  • Can I bulk edit content that lives in folders? Yes, you can bulk edit content that lives in folders, but you can only bulk edit items from one view at a time. This means that you can't select items inside a folder and items outside it at once. To edit across folders, do one folder at a time (i.e., open the folder first, then select items and use the bulk editor). Alternatively, move items into one folder, edit, then move them back.

  • Do bulk edits affect future synced items? No, bulk edits do not affect future syneced items. Edits apply to selected items only. Instead, adjust newly synced items when they appear.

Troubleshooting

  • Items stuck in Training — Refresh; if persistent, open the item and delete and reupload; verify file type/size.

  • Wrong Access — Bulk edit Access group and re‑verify.

  • Missing authors/dates — Use Attribution + Publish date in bulk to fix.
