Mind Quality Score
Overview
Your Mind Quality Score (MQS) shows how much knowledge your Delphi has built. It doesn’t measure how long your uploads are - it measures how many different things your Delphi could talk about and how well it understands each one.
Think of it like your Delphi’s intellectual fitness level:
The more varied your content, the stronger your score.
The more complete your topics, the more refined it becomes.
It’s not about word count - it’s about breadth and depth.
How to Grow Your Score
There are two main ways to improve your MQS:
1. Add New Topics (Breadth)
Every time you add material on a new subject, your Delphi expands what it knows. For example:
If you already cover “business strategy,” try adding material on “psychology,” “storytelling,” or “history.”
Each new area gives your Delphi a big boost because it’s learning something completely new.
2. Enrich Existing Topics (Depth)
Once your Delphi knows about a topic, you can strengthen it by adding more detailed or varied material. For example:
If your Delphi knows about “leadership,” upload different perspectives — articles, interviews, or notes that explore it more deeply.
This helps your Delphi give more complete, nuanced answers.
Tip: Variety matters most. A wide range of topics grows your score faster than repeating the same kind of content.
Why Your Score Might Stop Increasing
As your Delphi learns more, each new upload adds less to your total. That’s because your Delphi becomes “full” in certain areas — similar to how learning more about something you already know adds smaller improvements.
This is normal. It means your Delphi is becoming more sophisticated and balanced. If you’ve reached a high MQS, your best next step is to branch into new areas or use the Delphi Interview to share more of your personal thoughts and perspectives.
Best Practices
You’ve only uploaded one type of content (e.g., podcasts)
Add articles, transcripts, or personal writing
Gives your Delphi more range
Your score has stopped moving
Try the Delphi Interview and share new perspectives
Adds unique, original knowledge
You specialize in one niche
Broaden slightly - related topics help a lot
Builds more breadth
You just got started
Upload across a few different subjects
Boosts growth quickly
Key Takeaway
Your Mind Quality Score grows when your Delphi becomes more well-rounded, when it can talk confidently about many topics, not just one.
If your score feels “stuck,” it’s not broken - it’s a sign your Delphi has become strong in certain areas. The next step is exploring new territory or sharing more of what makes you unique.
