Embed your Delphi anywhere and let Access Groups handle who sees what.
What it is
Guidance for placing your Delphi on the web, on your site, landing pages, or anywhere you can share or embed a link, so visitors are automatically routed to the right Access Group based on their email (and any invite you’ve sent).
Why it matters
Meet users where they are: Put Delphi on pages your audience already visits.
Friction‑free access control: When people sign in with their email, they’re placed into their assigned group automatically.
Consistent experiences: The same handle/embed honors Anonymous / Public / Insiders / Just Me rules everywhere you place it.
Lead capture: Let anonymous visitors try it, then collect email to move them into Public.
Quick Start
Get your link/embed: Use your Delphi handle or embed where your platform supports it.
Place it anywhere: Website pages, landing pages, community hubs, or course areas.
Invite your members: From Audience, invite users and (if applicable) assign them to Insiders.
They sign in: When a visitor enters their email, Delphi places them into the right Access Group automatically (based on your invites/assignments).
Verify: Test the page as Anonymous, then sign in to confirm Public/Insiders behavior.
How access behaves on embedded pages
Anonymous (not signed in): Sees content that’s also in Public (unless you’ve limited/disabled Anonymous usage).
Public (signed in with email): Sees Public content and continues beyond Anonymous limits.
Insiders (invited and assigned): Sees everything in Public/Anonymous plus any Insiders‑only content.
Just Me: Private for you and collaborators (not public‑facing).
Benefits of putting Delphi anywhere
Always on 24/7: Users can ask questions the moment curiosity strikes.
Better onboarding: Put Delphi on product or lesson pages to answer context‑specific questions.
Cleaner ops: One Delphi, many placements—Access Groups keep visibility and limits consistent.
Email growth: Move interested anonymous visitors into Public by collecting email.
Best practices
Integration capabilities: Left hand side under Advanced you can click Integrations to see options.
Place Delphi where decisions happen: Pricing pages, lesson modules, FAQ hubs.
Announce Insiders access: Tell members where to find their premium experience.
Test as each group: Anonymous → sign in → Insiders (if applicable) to confirm visibility/limits.
Keep invites current: Assign invited users to Insiders before you launch a members‑only page.
FAQs
How are users put into the right group? After you invite/assign someone, they’re routed by their email when they sign in.
Can I show different content to Anonymous vs Public? Content in Public is also visible to Anonymous. Limit Anonymous usage if you want more gating.
Do I need a different embed per group? No—the same handle/embed respects Access Group rules.
What about collaborators? Add them to Just Me for unlimited, private access.
