Your command center to review, revise, translate, and act, all in one place.


What it is

The Conversations tab is your command center to review and engage with your entire audience. From one screen, you read every chat your users have with your Delphi, edit any reply, translate messages, and open full user profiles.


Why it matters

  • Protect quality: Edit any reply to fix mistakes, add missing knowledge, and reinforce your voice.

  • Train your Delphi: Every revision becomes training data that sharpens future answers.

  • Gain insight: See how and when people engage, and what they ask most.

  • Coach smarter: Scan past chats before sessions to spot gaps and tailor guidance.


Quick Start

  1. Open Conversations: You’ll see every chat, starting with the most recent.

  2. Watch Notifications: See alerts and unanswered questions there.

  3. Filter: Click the Filter icon to narrow by channel (web, embed, voice, WhatsApp, SMS) and date range.

  4. Search: Click Search to find by username or any keyword in the chat.

  5. Revise: Hover over any blue Delphi replyRevise, edit the text, and choose whether to notify the user.

  6. Respond: Type a message in the chat box to follow up personally.

  7. Open profile: Click a username to see contact info, join date, notes, and manage access.

  8. Translate: Use Translate (top‑right) to switch the entire thread to English or another language.

Individual Conversation View

What you see

  • Timestamped history, user lines in gray; Delphi lines in blue.

  • A live “hours‑ago” marker for recency.

  • Infinite scroll that loads older messages as you move upward.

What you can do

  • Hover any Delphi reply → Revise or Copy.

  • Hover any user message → Copy.

  • Translate the thread (top‑right).

  • Scroll freely.

  • Send a message directly from the thread.

Click on a user's conversation view when you need full backstory before coaching, to understand engagement patterns, or for editing/training.

Revise a Delphi reply

  1. Hover a blue Delphi reply and click Revise.

  2. In the popup, review the user message (top) and Delphi’s current reply (bottom).

  3. Rewrite in Improved answer.

  4. Choose whether to Notify user (checked by default).

  5. Click Update answer. Your edit saves as training data and (if opted) sends the updated reply.

Tip: Set aside 10 minutes weekly to revise FAQs, every improvement compounds accuracy.
