Filter & Search
Zero‑in on the right conversation in seconds, so you can fix issues faster and improve your Delphi.
What it is
Tools in Conversations that let you filter the list by channel/date and search by username or keyword across user and Delphi messages.
Why it matters
Find high‑impact edits fast: Filtering to noisy channels (e.g., SMS) or fresh windows (Last 7/30 days) surfaces the replies most worth revising, speeding up training.
Spot patterns: Search shows recurring keywords and gaps (features, pricing, bugs) so you know what to add to Mind next.
Reduce time‑to‑fix: The faster you find a conversation, the sooner you can Revise and turn the correction into training data.
Stay ahead of issues: Pair filters/search with Notifications to catch alerts, flagged messages, and unanswered questions.
How to narrow the list (Filter)
In Conversations → click the Filter icon (funnel).
Pick one or more medium: web, embed, voice, WhatsApp, SMS.
Click Date and set a date range: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom span.
Combine channel + date to trim noise fast.
Clear the filter list to see all conversations again.
How to find a needle in a haystack (Search)
Click the magnifying‑glass icon.
Type a username or any keyword from user or Delphi messages.
Scan live results as you type, no need to press Enter.
Clear the box to return to the full list.
Best practices
Adopt a “review window.” Pick a favorite set (e.g., SMS + Last 7 days) for daily/weekly sweeps.
Tag themes in your notes. When search reveals patterns, add a short note and plan content updates in Mind.
Revise on the spot. When you find a weak answer, Hover → Revise → Update answer so the fix becomes training data immediately.
Check Notifications first. Triage alerts and unanswered questions before general browsing.
