You can train your Clone on essentially any form of content, including text, audio, video and images. Below is a complete guide to each form of content training.

Website

In addition to uploading a single website link to train your Clone, you can scrape an entire website to pull all the links from it. Keep in mind this will pull every single link from the website. Feel free to remove any links that you don’t want your Clone trained on once scraping has stopped. A blog or website can be set up as a feed, so it will sync daily and automatically train your Clone.

Uploading links via a CSV file is also possible. Ensure the header of column A is “URL”. If you would like to add context for each link, put that in column B with the header “context”. We provide you with a template you can download, as well.

YouTube

Train your Clone on a channel, playlist or single video. Just paste the URL for whatever YouTube option you choose.

Important – to utilize speaker identification for audio and video content, you must first upload a voice sample. This allows you to include or ignore other speakers in the uploaded content.

You also have the option to never have to upload a YouTube video again. Select ‘Keep Synced’ to have your channel or playlist automatically update and train the Clone daily.

Podcasts

Podcasts can be imported with ease to train your Clone. You can upload single episodes or an entire series. Just search for the name of the individual podcast episode or series and select from the dropdown.

Social Media Accounts

X / Twitter - We can directly sync all of your tweets to train your Clone. Just type in your handle (“@handle”) and it will automatically pull your tweets. X accounts can be synced, so your Clone will be automatically trained daily on your new tweets.

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok - These platforms do not allow us to automatically sync your existing content directly. You must request a data export from each platform. It is very simple, we provide step-by-step instructions within Clone studio. Once you obtain the files, just directly upload them. Your Clone will only be trained on public-facing content (no DMs etc.).

Files

Your Clone can be trained on nearly any form of content. Upload PDFs, word documents, audio snippets, videos, pictures and data sets directly into the file upload tab. For files with audio, remember to consider speaker identification when uploading.

Snippets

Manually train your Clone with targeted Q&A format content. Directly enter a question and provide the preferred response the Clone should give. This can be used to both train and refine the Clone. Q&A can include images, as well.

Also, direct text notes can be uploaded. Easily upload thoughts as they come to immediately train your Clone.

Notes Apps

Import your notes from Notion and Evernote directly into Clone Studio. Connect your account and select which Notes you would like to upload.
