Giving your Clone a phone number allows your audience to interact with it in a native way. This can be done through SMS, WhatsApp and traditional phone calls.

Setting Up Your Phone Number

To set up a phone number on Delphi, go to Integrate and then Phone Integrations. Select Get Started to begin the process of registering a new number.

• Set your country location.
• Designate yourself as a Business or Individual/Sole Proprietor.
• Determine the type of phone number that suits your use case.
• Complete the application.

Depending on your selection, the process can take anywhere from 3-30 days. We will notify you when your phone number has been approved.

Please note that obtaining a phone number does not give you broadcasting capabilities. If you want to send mass messages to your contact list, you must purchase the Broadcast Add-On.

Phone settings

Once your Clone phone number has been set up, you can adjust the settings for experience.

• Enable / disable SMS communication
• Enable / disable WhatsApp
• Enable / disable phone calling (must have a voice sample uploaded)
• Pause Clone responses (users can respond to SMS broadcasts, but the Clone wont respond)
