Single Sign-On (SSO) lets your users access Delphi’s embed using your existing authentication system. When enabled, users can seamlessly interact with Delphi without creating separate accounts or passwords. This is available only on the prodigy yearly plan.

Getting Started

To set up SSO for your Delphi integration:

  1. Submit an SSO request through our settings page

  2. Our team will review your application and follow up via email

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive access to implementation details

  4. Follow our technical implementation guide to complete setup

How It Works

When users access your Delphi embed, your application generates a secure token containing their email address. This authenticates them automatically with Delphi while maintaining your security standards.

User Management

  • Users are automatically added to your Audience on their first SSO login

  • No manual user creation or invitation required

  • User email serves as the unique identifier

  • Subaddressed emails (e.g., [email protected]) will not be accepted.

Currently, SSO supports:

  • Email-based authentication

  • Automatic user provisioning in Audience

Note: SSO currently only supports passing the user’s email address. Additional fields like first/last name are not supported at this time.

  • Require secure key storage and handling

  • Monitor implementation compliance

  • Reserve the right to limit or revoke access if security requirements aren’t met
