What it is
A list of sample questions shown on your profile. Visitors tap one and it sends instantly, perfect for people who don’t know where to start.
Two columns: Your Questions (private bank) and Visible to Users (public).
Drag‑and‑drop: Move prompts between columns or reorder within a column.
Unlimited drafts: Store extras in Your Questions for later testing.
Refine with data: Use the Popular Questions widget on Home to optimize engagement.
Quick Start (1 minute)
Edit → open Suggested Questions.
Add Question → type your prompt → Add (appears in Visible to Users by default).
Reorder by drag‑and‑drop so the best ones are first.
Preview to see how it looks on mobile and desktop.
How to manage
Publish / Unpublish: Drag a prompt to Visible to Users to publish it, or back to Your Questions to unpublish (kept as a draft).
Add new: Add Question → type → Add (lands in Visible).
Edit: Click the pencil, change the text, Save.
Delete: Click the trash bin to remove entirely.
Order matters: Drag to rank; the top items get most clicks.
Best practices
Design questions from the user’s perspective
Phrase prompts as “I” questions (visitor voice).
Start with “How do I…?” or “What’s the best way for me to…?”
Reflect real pains.
Keep them concrete ("How do I price my new SaaS?" > "Tell me about business").
Limit to 5–7 live prompts to avoid choice overload.
Review and refresh regularly
Check Popular Questions weekly to see what gets clicked.
Promote rising stars (drag higher).
Retire low performers (drag back to Your Questions).
Experiment: Swap in two new prompts each month; track results.
Keep a simple change log to learn what works.

How do I add a brand‑new prompt? Add Question → type → Add.

How do I edit/delete? Pencil to edit; trash bin to delete (deletes permanently).
Why aren’t my changes showing? Ensure you clicked Save (pencil edits) and refresh Preview.
