Click Update answer. Your edit saves as training data and, if enabled, sends the new reply to the user.
Tip: Block 10 minutes each week to revise FAQs, every improvement compounds accuracy.
How revisions train your Delphi
Every time you click Update answer, that revised reply becomes part of your Delphi’s training data. Over time, similar questions will receive answers that reflect your edits, tightening tone, facts, and phrasing. If you want a revision to have stronger influence, keep it on‑voice, grounded, and cleanly structured (lead → detail → next step).
Best practices for high‑impact revisions
Lead with the key point in the first sentence.
Cite or ground when the topic is factual or sensitive.
Mirror the user’s wording just enough to feel tailored.
Tighten tone to match your Speaking Style and Response Length.
Close with a next step (CTA or suggested question) to keep momentum.
FAQs
What happens if a user messages in a different language? When a message arrives in another language, you can click the Translate icon (top-right corner ) to switch the entire thread to English or any target language. This way, you can always know what your users are saying, even if they're speaking in a different language.
Can I message users directly from within Delphi’s interface? Yes, you can message users directly from within Delphi's interface. Type your note in the conversation’s text box and press Enter; your words post as the next Delphi reply and appear instantly to the user, though they get a message showing that this was written directly from you and not your Delphi.
