Add & Import Products

Load items into your catalog fast, bulk via CSV or one‑by‑one.

What it is

Two paths to add products to Delphi: Import via CSV for bulk loads, or Add Manually for one‑offs and fine tuning.

Why it matters

  • Speed to live: Bulk‑load a full catalog in minutes or ship a single offer fast.

  • Cleaner ops: Standard fields (title, description, keywords) keep cards consistent.

  • Better targeting: Good keywords + frequencies start here, your import choices shape when cards appear in chat.

  • Easy iteration: Edit items anytime; toggles let you test and pause without deleting.

Product Cards

Product cards are the mini-ads your Delphi drops in chat. Each card packs key info into a clean, clickable block. The card will appear below your Delphi’s reply when triggered by a keyword.

Tips

Image

Square thumbnail from your upload or Shopify feed.

Use bright, uncluttered photos; 1:1 ratio looks best.

Title

Product name you entered.

Keep under 60 characters so it never truncates.

Description

Two-line benefit statement.

Lead with a verb—“Boost focus with…”

Link

Click opens the URL in a new tab.

Use UTM codes to track conversions.

Import via CSV (bulk)

Use this when many items are ready in a spreadsheet.

  1. Click Import in the top‑right corner of the Products page.

  2. Download the template (or prep your own sheet).

    • Required headers: title, description, keywords

    • Optional: image_url, link

    • Separate multiple keywords with commas.

  3. Save the file as CSV.

  4. Upload the CSV; Delphi checks each row.

  5. Confirm on the Products page that items appear as expected.

Add a Product Manually (one‑by‑one)

Perfect for one‑offs, flash sales, or deep customization.

  1. Click Add Product (top‑right) on the Products tab.

  2. Upload a square image (PNG/JPG) (optional).

  3. Type the product name.

  4. Paste the purchase link (start with https://).

  5. Write a two‑line, benefit‑focused description.

  6. Enter one keyword, press (+), then repeat for more.

  7. Choose a promotion frequency:

    • Every mention: show the card each time the keyword appears.

    • Once per user: one time per person across chats.

    • Once per conversation: first time per thread; resets next conversation.

  8. Click Create Product and wait for the green check.

  9. Verify it appears in the table with its toggle on.

  10. Edit or delete anytime via the menu next to the item.

Tips

  • Keep descriptions short (two lines, benefit‑first).

  • Start with Once per conversation to protect chat flow; adjust later.

  • Use a square, uncluttered image for clean cards.

  • Use tracking links (UTMs) if you want to measure clicks.
