Product Database
Your command center, track mentions, switch items on/off, and keep offers fresh.
What it is
The Product Database is your command center. It track mentions, switch products on or off, and keep offers fresh.
Why it matters
Spot winners fast: Mentions reveal which products/keywords resonate.
Prevent fatigue: Easily pause low‑performers with the Status toggle.
Stay tidy: One place to keep your catalog current.
Columns in the Database
Product Name
Item title pulled from your catalog.
Mentions (default sort)
Counts how many times keywords have fired. Table loads with the highest‑mention items on top; order is fixed.
Status Toggle
Blue = active, gray = off. Click to turn a product on or off.
Three vertical dots (⋮) Menu
Open to Edit or Delete the product.
Available actions
Toggle on/off: Flip the Status switch to control visibility.
Edit: Use the ⋮ menu to update name, description, link, image, keywords, or frequency.
Delete: Use the ⋮ menu → Delete → confirm to remove the item.
Best practices
Check Mentions weekly; retire items with low mentions/clicks and double‑down on winners.
Use Edit, don’t duplicate; update links or copy in place to keep history clean.
Keep statuses intentional; only active items should be visible to users.
