Full Feature Guide

Settings is where you can configure your Delphi's tier level, payment details, and collaborator permissions.

To open settings,

  1. Click your profile picture at the top right of the sidebar.

  2. Select Settings

You’ll see three headers: Preferences, Billing, and Access. Each header houses clickable subpages, which are explained in depth below.

Preferences: Notifications

The Notifications page in Settings is where you can control which emails you get—Unanswered Questions, Activity Summary, New-User pings—and see the address they’ll be sent to. Flip any toggle and you’re done.

Step by Step instructions

  • Tap Notifications under the Preferences header in Settings.

  • Check your destination email — the banner at the top shows which address will get these alerts,

  • Toggle each alert:

    • Unanswered Questions – Get an email every time your mind can’t respond to a question.

    • Activity Summary – Choose Daily, Weekly, or Never.

    • New User Interaction – Ping when someone new chats.

Open Notifications if you're wondering:

  • Why do I keep getting emails about unanswered questions? Why do these emails keep saying there's something my digital mind can't respond to?

  • Why do I get a daily/weekly activity summary of what my digital mind has been up to?

  • Why do I get emails every time a new person talks to my digital mind?

  • & how do I make these emails stop?

Related FAQs

  • Can I change the email address that receives notifications? No, you cannot change the email address that receives alerts, you can only control what alerts your email receives. For another email to receive alerts (or stop receiving alerts), they need to log in to the Delphi as a collaborator and manage alerts that way.

  • Will turning off notifications stop collaborators from getting them too? No, turning off alerts from your account will not stop collaborators from getting them too. For your collaborators to turn on or off their alerts, they have to log in to Delphi via their own email accounts.

  • Can I route notifications to Slack or SMS instead of email? You can only route these notifications to email. You can never route any kind of notification to Slack. However, via our Actions feature you can route certain notifications to SMS.

Billing: Plan

The Plan page in Settings is where you can check your current tier, usage, and invoices, then switch plans, add extras, or update your payment method.

Step by Step instructions

  • Click Plan in Settings.

  • Review your current tier (Builder, Scaler, Immortal).

  • Hit Manage to:

    • Upgrade / downgrade tiers.

    • Add Pro Voice or Phone Number (included on Scaler and Immortal).

    • Switch from Monthly to Yearly billing.

  • Scroll to Usage to see training-word totals (5M Builder, 12M Scaler, or Unlimited for Immortal).

  • Under Payment Method, press Update to swap cards.

  • Tap any invoice to download a PDF.

Open Plan if you're wondering:

  • How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my subscription?

  • Where can I download past invoices and receipts?

  • How do I switch from monthly to yearly billing (or vice-versa)?

  • How do I update the credit card or payment method on file?

  • How do I add or remove paid add-ons like Pro Voice or a phone number?

Related FAQs

What happens if a payment fails—will my Delphi be paused? If a payment fails, our system will first retry payment a few times, but if it continues to fail then your Delphi will be paused. Don't worry though - we'll save all your settings and data - you and your users just won't be able to talk to your Delphi and you won't be able to access your Delphi's backend until we receive a valid payment.

Access: Team

The Team page in Settings is where you can invite, view, and manage collaborators, monitor seat limits by plan (Builder 1, Scaler 3, Unlimited ∞), and remove or resend pending invites.

Step by Step instructions

  • Choose Team in Settings.

  • Press Add.

  • Enter an email, then hit the plus (+) icon.

  • Repeat for more addresses, then Send Invites.

    • Builder: 1 seat.

    • Scaler: 3 seats.

    • Unlimited: unlimited seats.

  • Click the dropdown to Remove User for any collaborator.

  • To resend an invite, just remove the user, and then send them an invite once more.

Open Team if you're wondering:

  • How do I add a collaborator to my mind?

  • How many seats does my plan come with? Why can’t I invite more teammates?

  • How do I resend an invite that someone missed?

Related FAQs

  • What roles or permissions do collaborators get compared with the owner? Can collaborators see billing info or just mind content? Collaborators get entirely the same permissions as owners, except they cannot manage anything involving billing or payment - only the owner can do that.

  • Will removing a collaborator delete their contributions to the mind? No, removing a collaborator will not delete their contributions to the mind. Everything about the mind will stay the same after you remove the collaborator.

  • How do I track who accepted an invite? A collaborator will say Pending until they have accepted the invite.

Access: Transfer Ownership

The Transfer Ownership page in Settings is where you can securely hand off an entire digital mind—content, data, and billing—to another email.

Step by Step instructions

  • Press Transfer Ownership again.

  • Check your email, copy the six-digit code, and paste it.

  • Enter the new owner’s email, then Transfer.

  • Look for the green checkmark in the bottom right corner.

Open Transfer Ownership if you're wondering:

  • How do I transfer ownership if I’m leaving the project?

Relevant FAQs

  • What happens to my own access once the transfer completes—am I removed? Yes, once the transfer is complete, you are removed from the Delphi.

  • Will current collaborators, training data, and revenue history move with the mind? Yes, everything moves with the mind, but the ownership changes.
