There are four core tiers:

Builder: for professionals ready to grow.
Scaler: for experts and teams expanding reach.
Immortal: for large scale deployment plans.
Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
Free Tier
Best for: getting started, testing ideas, and learning the basics of Delphi.
The Free plan lets you create your first Digital Mind and experiment with the platform.
Included Features:
Chat + Self-call Access: Talk to your Delphi directly through chat or voice to test how it responds.
Your Own Delphi Profile: A personal profile page that showcases your Digital Mind.
100K Training Words: Enough capacity to teach your Delphi from small samples like bios, articles, and conversations.
40+ Languages: Delphi supports multilingual interactions over chat.
100 Contacts Collected: You can collect up to 100 users to track early audience engagement. When you hit that limit some of your contacts will be blurred.
Always on Availability: Your Delphi is live and can respond 24/7.
Builder Plan
Yearly plan: $79 / month Monthly Plan: $99/month
Best for: professionals, educators, and creators who are ready to start building an audience or product around their Delphi.
The Builder plan adds the power of analytics, integrations, and content syncing, helping you connect Delphi to your existing ecosystem.

Voice Calling: Users can interact with your Delphi by clicking call on your profile, giving your digital presence a truly conversational dimension.
Analytics Dashboard: See engagement data: who’s talking to your Delphi, what they’re asking, and how they’re converting.
Sync Your YouTube + Podcasts: Automatically train Delphi on your visual and audio content for consistent tone and knowledge.
5M Training Words: Substantially more data capacity for robust training, enough for books, podcasts, or course material.
Slack Integration: Bring Delphi into your team’s or community communication channels for quick answers, collaborative workflows, and engaged users.
RSS Feeds: This automatically syncs your websites, documents living in cloud, etc so that your Delphi remains up to date with your latest blogs, show episodes and general updates.
1,000 Contacts Collected: You can collect up to 1,000 contacts, these are users that have logged in and who are having ongoing conversations with your Delphi.
2 Locations + 1 Collaborator: Expand to multiple touchpoints (like websites or teams) and share access with someone on your team.
Access Groups: You have both Personal Access group which is for only you to view and where all of your data will live, and Public Access group where you allow your users to talk to your Delphi.
Always on, 24/7: Your Delphi is live and can respond 24/7.
Add-ons for Builder
Phone Number Add-On — $150/month Adds phone number integration for live inbound or outbound calls from your Delphi.
Pro Voice Add-On — $150/month Creates a dedicated voice model that mirrors your tone, pacing, and personality. Requires 10–30 minutes of high-quality audio.
Scaler Plan
Yearly plan: $349 / month Monthly Plan: $399/month
Best for: experts, coaches, and growing teams who want to professionalize their Delphi experience, with branding, analytics, and CRM integrations.
The Scaler plan transforms Delphi from a standalone tool into a full business engine, capable of managing leads, analytics, and custom branding.

Brand Kit: Custom Domain + Colors to fully brand your Delphi embed with your own domain name and chosen color for the chat bubble.
SSO Access (By Application): Enable secure, single-sign-on authentication for teams or organizations.
10,000 Contacts Collected: Manage up to 10,000 users in audience.
Access Groups: Insiders is a private communities within Delphi that only you and your collaborators have access to.
SMS Number (By Application): Allow two-way text conversations through a dedicated number in the Messages App.
10 Locations + 3 Collaborators: Deploy Delphi across 10 channels with up to 3 team memebrs with full access.
Eligibility for the Built-for-You Add-On For 60 days, you’ll work directly with Delphi’s Build Team for hands-on setup, training, and deployment of your Delphi across your ecosystems. This white-glove service ensures your Delphi is fully built, refined, and ready to launch. The add-on is a one-time $3,000 expense.
Immortal Plan

Best for: brands ready to scale Delphi into a core business asset. Managed by Delphi’s internal team.
The Immortal plan is a concierge-tier experience. It includes everything from the Scaler plan, plus ongoing collaboration with Delphi’s team to build, refine, and promote your Digital Mind as a living product.
