Alerts and Preferences
Your Clone is a valuable tool for gathering information and insights from your audience. You can set up alerts to be notified when specific topics are mentioned in conversations.
To get started, click ‘Add Alert’ in the top right corner of the page. Enter any topic or keyword you want to monitor. When it’s mentioned in a conversation, you’ll receive an email with a direct link to that interaction.
For example, if you’re using your Clone for lead generation and set an alert for “hire,” you’ll be notified whenever a potential client mentions hiring you. This allows you to promptly initiate a direct conversation with them.
If your line of work requires Clone interactions to be anonymized when viewing, go to ‘Engage Preferences’ and select ‘Anonymize Users.’ This will hide the names of individuals who interact with your Clone.
