Broadcasts

Delphi supports mass messaging, allowing broadcasts to all users or selected groups, with the clone able to continue the conversation afterward.

To start a Broadcast, click ‘Send Broadcast’ at the top right of the page. You will be given the option to send a mass message to all users or a desired subset. Messages can be sent via email or SMS.

In both cases, the Clone will be able to respond to user follow-ups, allowing for a very easy flow of conversation. If you are sending a mass email, you can set the reply-to address and also a destination link, which will take the user to either your Delphi Talk Page or a custom link of your choosing.
