Memberships

Memberships enable you to control both free and paid tiers for your Clone. This is not only for your primary Clone, but also for additional instances.

To set up a paid membership, you must first link a payment account. Select ‘Get Started with Stripe’ to connect your Stripe account to Delphi to receive payment for your subscription offering. Stripe is currently the only payment provider accepted on Delphi.

Next, select ‘Setup Membership’ and begin creating your paid offering. Give the tier a name and set either a monthly or annual cost.

The mediums of communication allows for full customization of where users can access this membership. You have complete control of where the paid subscription can be best utilized.

The monthly allowance sets a cap on the number of messages and minutes a subscriber is offered. By not setting a cap and leaving the entry field blank, this gives the user an unlimited amount of usage. Overage packages can also be offered. If a subscriber exceeds the monthly limit, more message or minutes credits can be purchased to continue interacting with the Clone.

In addition to paid membership construction and customization, you can also manage your free tier experience. Select ‘Manage Free Tier’ at the top right of the page to get started. This provides complete control over how much Clone interaction is offered before a paid membership is required to continue.
