CRM Sync

Create contacts in your CRM automatically, no exports required.

What it is

A one‑way sync from Delphi → your CRM. When someone appears in your Audience, Delphi creates or updates the matching contact/lead in your CRM using core contact info only. No tags, custom fields, or conversation data are sent either direction.

Tip: Test with internal emails first (sandbox or a small list) to confirm new records land where you expect.

Why it matters

  • No manual exports: New Audience entries become CRM records automatically.

  • Instant follow-up: Contacts are ready in your CRM the moment they interact.

  • Keeps data simple: Only core contact info is synced; no tags, custom fields, or conversations, so setups stay clean.

  • Safer rollouts: Testing with internal emails (or a sandbox) confirms records land where you expect before you scale.

How to connect

  1. Open Audience and click Sync CRM (top left right to Add Users).

  2. Choose a provider; it will prompt you to login.

  3. Grant access and follow the provider’s on‑screen steps.

Supported providers: HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, ConvertKit, Beehiiv (Beehiiv requires an API Key and Publication ID).

What to expect

  • New Audience entries auto‑create/update the corresponding record in your CRM.

  • Only core contact info is included; no tags, custom fields, or conversation history are synced.

FAQs

  • How do I auto‑create HubSpot contacts when someone chats? Connect HubSpot via Sync CRM; new Audience entries create/update a contact.

  • Can I drop Delphi leads into a Salesforce campaign? Connect Salesforce; new Audience entries become a lead/contact you can use in your campaigns.

  • Can I send every new user to a GoHighLevel pipeline? Connect GoHighLevel to create/update contacts automatically.

  • How do I keep Kit growing as my Audience grows? Connect Kit so new Audience entries become subscribers.

  • Where do Beehiiv subscribers come from once connected? From new Audience entries; Beehiiv requires your API Key and Publication ID during setup.

  • How often does the sync run, and what happens on the first run? The sync fires once every morning. On the first run, Delphi pushes all existing Audience members into your CRM. Each subsequent daily run sends only the new contacts that joined since the previous morning, keeping data current without re-processing the whole list.

  • Can I disconnect later? Yes, you can disconnect later. Go to the Audience page, click Sync CRM, and then click the trash icon next to the CRM. Existing CRM records remain, but no future contacts will sync.

  • Which fields are sent? Email (always) and name (when available). No tags, custom fields, or message transcripts are included in this integration. For that, you'll need to use the Actions API feature.

  • Can I pull CRM lists back into Delphi? No, Delphi does not sync your CRM into it. Instead, to bring external contacts into your Delphi, you'll have to use the invite users feature, publish your Delphi and share the delphi.ai link, or use an integration that allows people to access your Delphi.
