User Profiles

Open a single profile to review history, update details, and manage access.

What it is

Individual profile view shows a person’s conversation history, contact details, tags, membership, usage, and more for a single user.

Why it matters

  • See the user's full story before you act.

  • Capture notes you’ll reuse later.

  • Grant or revoke access without leaving the profile.

Quick Start

  1. Find the user on the Audience page (scroll, filter, or search by name/email).

  2. Click the user’s name to open the profile drawer.

  3. Use Conversations to view message threads with your Delphi.

  4. Use the Revoke / Grant Access toggle as needed.

How to use the individual profile

  1. Locate the user in Audience; scroll, filter, or search their name/email.

  2. Open the profile (click the name). A side drawer appears.

  3. Review Conversations. The Conversations button takes you to a page showing only their threads with your Delphi.

  4. Adjust access. Use the Revoke / Grant Access toggle.

  5. Check Details (tab).

    • View summary: An automatic snapshot appears after enough messages have been sent, enriching the data.

    • See contact info: Email, phone, join date.

    • Track activity: Last conversation date, total messages, and conversation count.

    • Check membership: Tier and access level (private, internal, premium, public). Adjust the access group between.

    • Tag them: Click their tags to add or remove tag names.

  6. Add notes (User Info tab).

    • View collected information; auto‑captured interests, goals, preferences.

    • Store custom notes, type in the field, press Add; newest notes slide to the top.

    • Edit or delete notes via the trash icon.

  7. Verify usage (Usage tab).

    • See current‑cycle Messages count, Call minutes, and Video minutes.

    • View the Next reset date so you know when quotas refresh.

  8. Close the drawer. Click anywhere outside the user drawer and not within the sidebar to return to the table.

Best practices

  • Keep User Info current. After meaningful interactions, add notes (role change, new goal, feedback).

  • Delete outdated notes to avoid confusion.

  • Leverage summaries in Details to personalize future conversations.

FAQs

  • How do I see every conversation my Delphi had with a user? Open the profile and click Conversations.

  • Where can I find a user’s email or phone? In Details.

  • How do I add private notes about goals? Use User Info → add notes.

  • Can I check message counts and usage? Yes, see Usage for message, call, and video minutes.

  • What’s the fastest way to revoke (or restore) access? Use Revoke / Grant Access in the profile.

  • How do I tag 200 users from last week’s webinar all at once? Use Bulk Actions instead of the individual profile.

  • What happens to a revoked user’s past messages? When a user gets revoked, all their messages remain in conversation history; they simply lose the ability to send new ones until access is granted again.

  • Can I export a user’s conversation transcript? You cannot natively export a user's conversation transcript. Instead, copy text from the Conversations tab and turn it into a document for your users if that's something they request. Nonetheless, they should be able to access their conversations via the conversation history button in the top left corner of the talk page.
