What's new at Delphi?
Fresh features, smarter control. Here’s what just landed.
Access Groups (New) — granular control over who sees what
TL;DR: Access Groups give you precise, flexible control over content visibility and audience access- perfect for courses, cohorts, teams, and premium tiers.
What you can do
Gate content by audience: Assign files in Mind to one or more Access Groups (e.g., Cohort A, VIP, Team).
Run multiple experiences in one Delphi: Serve different docs, tone tweaks, or starting questions to each group as needed.
Launch paid tiers: Keep premium PDFs, videos, or prompts visible only to paying members.
Segment by role: Share internal SOPs with your team while your public visitors see just your published materials.
Stage content over time: Drip unlocks by moving users between groups (e.g., Week 1 → Week 2).
Quick start (2 minutes)
Unlock a group: Access Groups → New Group (name it clearly: “Cohort Oct 2025”, “VIP”, “Team”).
Add people: Audience → select users → Move to Group; or Access Groups → View members → Invite
Assign content: Mind → open file → Viewership → pick Access Group(s); or Access Groups → View Content → Add Content
Preview as a member: Preview → Switch viewer → choose an Access Group to sanity‑check visibility.
Best practices
Bundle by outcome: Make groups reflect what members should achieve (e.g., Launch Your Course, Sales Playbooks).
Review monthly: Spot drift—retire groups you don’t need, merge overlapping ones.
Key details & limitations
Per‑file viewership: Visibility is set on each file in Mind. If a file is in multiple groups, members of any included group can see it.
Private by design: A file with no groups and not Public remains hidden.
Preview matters: Always test as a group member before you share.
Outcome‑oriented how‑tos
Protect internal SOPs
Create Team‑Internal.
Set all SOP files to Viewership: Insider.
Keep Public empty of internal content; verify in Preview.
