Left Console Guide
A simple map of every item in the left console and what you use it for.
Tip: Click a section on the left; its tools appear in the main canvas on the right. The Preview Delphi button and Share icon live at the very bottom of the console.
Home
What it is: Your launchpad. Cards for the most common actions. Use it to: Start fast (Record Voice, Add to Mind, Preview, Share) and see suggested next steps.
Notifications
What it is: Activity feed. Use it to: Track unanswered questions, document status, and alerts
Identity
What it is: Your public-facing details. Use it to: Update photo, headline, location, and short bio.
Mind Settings What it is: Controls how your Delphi reasons and replies using your Mind—its goal, guardrails, creativity, voice, and citation behavior.
Use it to:
Set Purpose — define the North Star every conversation aims toward.
Write Custom Instructions — non-negotiable rules/constraints your Delphi must follow.
Configure “No Answer” message — what to say when content doesn’t cover a question.
Choose Response Length — default verbosity (short / medium / long).
Pick Reasoning Mode — Strict (exact-match, highest accuracy), Adaptive (balanced, recommended), or Creative (broad, may speculate).
Define Speaking Style — tone and phrasing (e.g., warm mentor, concise, formal).
Manage Citations — show to build trust/verification; hide for minimal UI or sensitive sources.
Honor Recency Bias — prefer newer sources; keep each item’s Published Date accurate.
Tip: After changing Mind Settings, open Preview Delphi and run 3–5 common questions to validate tone, grounding, and refusals; tweak and repeat.
Your knowledge HQ. Upload, manage, and organize content.
Add Content (top-right of the canvas): Upload documents, links, audio notes, and more.
Filters/Sort: Find specific items quickly.
File card: Click to open details.
Detail view: Rename, preview, adjust Viewership, or remove.
What it is: Your spoken style. Use it to: Record a 30s sample or upload a longer clip. Consider Pro‑Voice for the most natural sound.
Interactions
What it is: People with access to your Delphi. Use it to: Invite users (bulk up to 1,000), revoke access, sync CRM and view membership.
What it is: All chats with your Delphi. Use it to: Review exchanges, spot gaps, revise answers, and decide what to add to Mind.
What it is: Access control. Use it to: Segment who can see what (e.g., cohorts, teams, premium tiers). Assign content and people to groups.
Advanced
What it is: Connections to external tools (plan‑dependent). Use it to: Link to websites, learning platforms, or phone numbers.
What it is: One‑to‑many updates. Use it to: Send announcements to selected audiences or groups.
What it is: Automations & advanced behaviors. Use it to: Configure triggers, tags, and enable/disable flows.
What it is: Monetization workspace. Use it to: Create paid offerings, set pricing and access.
Bottom Controls
Preview Delphi (button at bottom left)
What it is: Live test chat. Use it to: Check tone, grounding, and suggested starters before sharing.
Share (icon at bottom right)
What it is: Your public handle/link. Use it to: Copy and paste into bios, emails, calendar invites, and content descriptions.
Starter tasks (fastest wins)
Mind: Upload 5–10 cornerstone pieces → set Viewership.
Voice: Record a 30s sample.
Preview: Ask 3 common questions.
Share: Post your handle to your link‑in‑bio or newsletter.
Audience: Invite your first 50 users.
