Email Broadcasts

You can send emails to your entire Clone audience or select groups, and have your Clone continue the conversations afterward. Here’s how to get started:

Navigate to the Engage tab and select Broadcasts on the left. Click Then click Create New in the top right.

You will be presented with a template to start a broadcast. Select Email as the medium and give the email a name so it can be identified later.

• Select the audience for your email. This can be the entire distribution, users with specific tags, or a list of individuals.
• If you want to exclude specific tags or individuals, add them to the exclude line. If a group or individual is not included in the To: field, an email will not be sent to them.
• If you want to direct responses to a specific address, include a Reply to: email.
• You can add a personalization tag by selecting { } at the bottom of the page. This will address each recipient by first name when applicable.

To schedule an email for later, select your preferred date and time. This lets you plan emails for the upcoming week or month.
