Creativity – Creativity refers to your Clone’s ability to reason based on information available on the internet. If you want your Clone to only discuss topics it’s trained on, set a lower creativity. If you want your Clone to be able to answer a wide variety of questions and keep the flow of conversation moving, slide the creativity higher. High creativity is beneficial for Clones intended to give personalized advice.

Response length – Control the average length of a response presented to a user. The average Delphi customer sets a response length around 230 words. We would suggest 160-200 words response length for those that prefer a conversational approach. If your Clone’s primary interaction format is video or audio, the response length will play a significant factor in the experience. Keep in mind that a 225-word response will take nearly two minutes to be delivered to a user.

Enable Multiple Languages – This provides your Clone with the ability to speak any language. If a language other than the default language can be identified via the user’s browser settings, it will flip to that language when delivering the opening message. If that is not possible, the Clone will be able to identify the language communicated by the user and respond in the same language (or a language of their choice).

Personalize Responses – By toggling this on, your Clone will remember previous conversations from users and personalize responses to them. It will call them by name and be able to tie previous conversations to current ones.

Recency Bias – By turning this on, your Clone will prioritize recent information that it is trained on. For example, if you upload a health blog that has been in existence for 10 years, the content from 9 years ago might not be as relevant. Activating recency bias will prompt your Clone to reference recent content first when generating responses.

Favor New Content – This setting pertains to the user experience. By turning it on, users will be presented with fresh content they have not interacted with recently. The trade-off to utilizing this feature is that certain responses may not be given consistently. If a user asks multiple questions about a specific topic, the Clone will seek new pieces of information from training to present.
