Build (30–40 min)
Upload: Top 20 FAQs, Policies, 3 How‑tos. Ensure each has Publish Date + Context.
Turn Show citations ON in Mind Settings.
Launch (10–15 min)
Embed the chat on your Docs/FAQ page.
Add 3 Suggested Questions that point to your strongest docs.
Operate (weekly, 30 min)
Filter & Search for “no answer” or “long replies”; Revise the top 5 answers; add missing docs.
Keep Publish Dates accurate so recency works.
