Content Marketing & Knowledge Base Assist

Deflect repeat questions and guide readers to the right resources, right inside your site.

Outcome at a Glance

Who it’s for: Teams with blogs, documentation, or resources that generate repeat questions. What you’ll achieve: Grounded, citation-backed answers embedded directly on your content pages — reducing friction, building trust, and revealing what readers care about most. Time to first win: 45–60 minutes.

Why it Matters

  • Meet readers in context: Users get help directly on the page — no new tabs or support tickets.

  • Build trust: Citations show exactly where information comes from, so readers can verify and explore deeper.

  • Reduce support load: Consistent, source-linked answers deflect common questions and keep documentation up to date.

  • Track content demand: Tag and segment users by topic to uncover what matters most to your audience.

Your Delphi becomes your content concierge — answering, teaching, and gathering insights at scale.

What You’ll Set Up

  • Mind → Document Types — Upload cornerstone posts, FAQs, and how-tos.

  • Content Settings — Add Context, Citation URL overrides, and Publish Dates for accuracy.

  • Mind Settings → Citations — Set to Show so Delphi’s answers link back to your original sources.

  • Integrations → Website Embed — Add Delphi to your docs, blog, or resource templates.

  • Alerts & Actions

    • Alerts: Detect recurring topics or confusion points.

    • Actions: Tag users based on topic, interest, or question type.

  • Conversations → Review & Revise — Weekly maintenance cycle for answer quality and content freshness.

Build → Launch → Operate

Build (30–40 min)

  1. Upload Core Content:

    • Top 10 blog posts or guides

    • Top 10 FAQs

    • 3 key how-tos Add Context and Publish Dates for each.

  2. Enable Citations:

    • In Mind Settings, toggle Show Citations ON.

    • Use Citation URL overrides if the canonical link differs from the uploaded file.

  3. Suggested Questions: Add 5 starters tailored to your page’s content. Examples:

    • “Summarize this article in 3 bullets.”

    • “What should I do first after reading this?”

    • “Show me a step-by-step for [task].”

    • “Link me to a deeper dive on [concept].”

    • “What changed since last year?”

  4. Alerts (Insight Tracking): Create natural-language triggers that detect key topics or patterns.

    • “If a user asks about integrations, tag as Interested: Integrations.

    • “If a user asks for troubleshooting or ‘why this isn’t working,’ tag as Needs Help: Implementation.

    • “If a user mentions ROI, results, or growth, tag as Interested: Strategy.

  5. Actions:

    • When alert fires, Add Tag (User) to group by interest.

    • Optionally Send Notification (Team) to Slack or CRM for trend tracking.

Launch (10–15 min)

  1. Embed Delphi: Add your embed to docs, blog, or FAQ templates — ideally near the top or beside the content body.

  2. Add a CTA: “Ask me about this topic” or “Need help applying this guide?”

  3. Activate Alerts & Actions:

    • Confirm tags are applied correctly (check Testing → Actions Log).

    • Verify that messages and citations render correctly on-page.

  4. Optional: Set up a Broadcast: “What’s new in the docs” monthly roundup for your Knowledge segment.

Within one hour, your Delphi becomes your documentation assistant — and your analytics engine for audience interest.

Operate (Weekly, 20–30 min)

  • Review Conversations: Use Filters → Search by Tag or Keyword to see top themes. Add new snippets or update outdated ones.

  • Refine Alerts: Add new topic triggers as trends shift (“AI prompts,” “billing setup,” etc.).

  • Tag Insights: Review user tags by topic to identify which areas drive engagement, confusion, or upgrades.

  • Update Mind: Refresh Publish Dates and upload new or revised posts.

  • Broadcast: Send a monthly roundup highlighting new or updated resources.

Subject: New & updated resources this month Body: “Hi {user}, here are the guides readers asked for most: [Post/Guide A] — what it solves [Post/Guide B] — what’s new [Post/Guide C] — who it’s for Reply with your goal, and I’ll suggest a 10-minute plan.”

Metrics to Watch

  • Doc CTR (from citations) — Measure click-through to source material.

In Practice

Your Delphi becomes your content co-pilot — grounding every answer in your documentation, capturing what readers want next, and tagging users by interest for smarter follow-ups.

“If someone asks about integration setup, tag them as Interested: Integrations. If three or more ask, notify the team.” That’s how you turn documentation into both a knowledge base and a content intelligence engine — powered by Delphi.
