Website Embeds
Everything you need to embed Delphi on your website, tailor its look, and keep it secure.
What it is
The Website Integration feature lets you place your Delphi on any approved site with a single code snippet. You decide how it appears—profile card, open chat window, or voice‑call button—and you can match colors, hide logos, and control who can interact.
What you can customize
Colors (Scaler & Unlimited) — Pick any hex value; Delphi updates buttons, links, and accents instantly.
Hide Delphi logo (Scaler & Unlimited) —Toggle On to remove the logo from the top-left corner of embeds.
Require user email – Force visitors to sign in with email; anonymous usage limits you set via the Groups tab (see here for instructions) then apply.
Show suggested questions — Display or hide the suggested question list beneath the chat.
✅ Best practice: Place the embed where traffic is highest (e.g., sidebar or hero section of homepage) to boost engagement.

Go to the website integration if you're wondering...
How do I embed Delphi on my site without coding from scratch?
Where do I whitelist domains so strangers can’t steal my embed?
What’s the difference between Profile, Chat, and Voice views?
How do I add a floating chat bubble instead of a full box?
Can I point the embed to my own custom domain?
How do I change the color or remove the Delphi logo?
Why is my embed blocked on a subdomain?
How can I force visitors to enter an email before chatting?
✏️ How to set up your Delphi embed
Add allowed domains
In Website under Integrations, click on the card that says Website Integration and list every domain or subdomain that may host your Delphi.
This prevents unauthorized embeds (i.e., people can't just take the code on your site and embed your Delphi somewhere else without your permission).
Pick a display mode
Choose Profile, Chat, or Voice as the default start view.
Profile view – Starts with your image, name, headline, and tappable suggested questions.
Chat first – Opens straight to the first message; suggested questions hide in a dropdown.
Voice call – Shows only your image, name, headline, and a Start Call button.
✏️ How to Customize your Delphi
Open Integrations to Website, then click on the Website Integration card, and finally on Customize.
Adjust colors with the picker or type a hex code.
Flip switches for logo, email collection, or suggested questions.
✅ Tip: If you disable email collection, track engagement another way (e.g., site analytics). Otherwise, you won't be able to see user-level data since everyone will be logged in as anonymous.
