Feeds

Keep your sources synced and visible—add channels, podcasts, RSS, and X, then monitor updates in one place.

What it is

The Feeds page tracks every source you keep in sync. It shows what’s connected, when it last synced, and lets you manage each feed.

Key features

  • See each feed’s Name, Source icon (X, YouTube, Podcast, RSS, Notion, Google Drive, Slack), and Last synced.

  • Add new feeds with Command+K: Podcast series, YouTube channel, X profile, or RSS.

  • Open Settings from the three dots to review details.

  • Delete a feed to stop future syncs. Trained items remain.

  • Find new items in Mind → Content after they train.

Best practice: Keep only trusted, active sources synced. After each sync, spot-check new items in Content and adjust Access and Publish date in bulk.

Go to Feeds if you're wondering...

  • How do I auto-import new videos or posts?

  • Why are new videos not showing up in my Delphi automatically?

  • Why won’t my YouTube playlist sync?

  • How do I stop syncing but keep past items?

  • How do I reconnect Notion, Drive, or Slack?

  • Can I add an RSS feed for my blog?

✏️ How to use feeds in your Delphi

1

Open Feeds

  • Go to Mind → Feeds.

  • Scan Name, Source, and Last synced.

2

Read the table

  • Source icon shows where it comes from (X, YouTube, Podcast, RSS, Notion, Drive, Slack).

  • Last synced shows the most recent successful sync.

  • Use the three dots to the right hand side of any feed () for Settings. The side drawer shows only:

    • Name of the feed

    • Type (e.g., Substack, YouTube Channel, RSS)

    • Source (URL)

3

Add a new feed (Command+K)

Choose a source and add it:

  • Podcast series: Search the show → Add.

  • YouTube channel: Paste the channel URL → Add.

  • X profile: Paste the profile URL → Add.

  • RSS: Paste the feed URL → Add.

    • Important: We don’t “sync websites” in a general sense. Sync happens via RSS only.

    • What sync does: Pulls new posts that appear in the feed after you add it.

    • What sync doesn’t do: It doesn’t track edits to existing pages and doesn’t monitor arbitrary site URLs.

    • No RSS? Use Mind → Add Content → Websites to Scrape Links or upload a CSV for a one-time import. Re-run later to catch updates.

4

Connect Notion, Google Drive, or Slack

You cannot connect Notion, Google Drive, or Slack outside of the add content pop-up. Instead:

  • Go to Mind → Add Content.

  • Connect Notion, Google Drive, or Slack.

  • Enable “Keep synced.”

  • After setup, the feed appears on Feeds.

5

Check "Last synced"

  • Return to Feeds and verify Last synced updated.

  • If it looks stale, open Settings and re-auth if prompted.

6

Delete a feed

  • Click three dots to the right hande side of any feed () → Delete.

  • Confirm Delete.

  • Past items remain in your Content table.

7

Review newly synced items and verify syncing

  • Go to Mind.

  • Filter by Type (RSS, YouTube, Podcast, X, Notion, Drive, Slack).

  • Sort by Updated to see the latest and make sure the content from your feeds is indeed being used to train your Delphi.

FAQs / Troubleshooting

Does deleting a feed remove past items?

No, deleting a feed does not remove past items - it only stops future syncs. Past items stay in Content.

Why won’t my YouTube playlist sync?

Delphi does not sync YouTube Playlists. Instead, add the channel URL.

Can you sync any website?

No, we cannot sync any website. We can only sync RSS feeds. For other pages, use Websites → Scrape Links.

Do edits to old posts on my blog or edits to web pages I've already uploaded sync?

No, edits to old posts on your blog or edits to web pages that you've already uploaded do not sync. Sync only adds new posts. Re-import if you need update content.

Can Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn be synced to my Delphi?

No, Instagram, FaceBook, and LinkedIn cannot be synced to your Delphi because of limitations placed by those platforms. Instead, export a ZIP and upload via the instructions in our add content pop-up.

Where do new items appear after syncing? How can I check to make sure my content has actually synced?

After syncing, new items appear in your Content table at this link. Search for them by title or filter/sort in a way that lets you find the information you're looking for in the table.
