Filter, Search, & Sort Users

Everything you need to slice, dice, and locate users lives in one toolbar—apply multi-layer filters, run instant searches, or sort any column to surface the exact people you're after.

What it is

  • Filter Panel — narrow the table by Status (Active | Invited | Revoked), Last Interacted, Message Count, Tags, Memberships, or SMS opt-in.

  • Search Bar — jump straight to one user by name or email.

  • Column Sorting — reorder results by Name, Messages, or Last Active; click the (three-dot) icon above a column to reveal sort options. Used together, these controls turn a long audience list into a laser-focused segment for outreach or analysis.

Pro Tip: Lock in a few go-to filter-and-sort combos to make the Audience page your daily command center - start with these favorites:

  • Identify hot leads fast — Filter Status = Active + Messages ≥ 20 to spotlight superfans for testimonials.

  • Rescue stalled invitees — Filter Status = Invited + Messages = 0, then bulk-email a reminder.

  • Spot silent payers — Filter Membership = Paid and sort Last Active asc. to find paying users who’ve gone quiet.

Go to the Audience Page to filter, search, and sort users if you're wondering...

  • How do I see only Invited users who haven’t replied yet?

  • Can I filter by multiple tags and a membership tier at the same time?

  • What’s the fastest way to find someone by email?

  • How do I sort by Last Active to spot dormant paid members?

  • Is there a way to clear one filter without resetting everything?

  • Invite them into feedback calls or pilot programs.

  • Track growth over time to see if outreach boosts retention.

Use tags to segment users

Apply consistent tags so you can target messages and measure impact.

  • Create meaningful labels (e.g., Prospect, Paid Member, Event-2025).

  • Bulk-add tags to new cohorts right after webinars or launches.

  • Filter by tag before sending emails or SMS to keep outreach relevant.

  • Review tag health monthly—stop using stale tags and create new tags for new initiatives.

FAQs / Troubleshooting

Why don’t I see any users after applying filters?

You might not be seeing any users after applying filters because at least one filter may be too restrictive. Click the x on individual pills or press Clear to remove them, then re-add filters one by one.

Can I combine multiple filters?

Yes, you can combine multiple filters. In fact, every selection stacks! For example, choose Status = Active, Tags = Alumni, and Message Count > 50 to get highly engaged graduates.

Do filters stay on if I leave the page?

Filters do not stay on the page if you leave. Instead, they reset when you navigate away or refresh—start each session fresh to avoid confusion.

How do I find my most engaged users?

To find your most engaged users, sort the Messages column twice to put the highest counts on top. Optionally filter for “Last 30 days” to spotlight recent power users. Review these profiles for feedback, testimonials, or beta-testing opportunities.
