Mind

How to upload, organize, and control the content that powers your Delphi.

Overview

The Mind Page is your hub for everything your Delphi learns from.

Use it to upload, label, and control the content behind your answers. Strong inputs lead to clearer, more accurate responses. You stay in charge of what’s included, how it’s credited, and who can see it.

With the Mind Page, you can:

  • Bring in content from websites, socials, files, YouTube, podcasts, and notes.

  • Set access groups so only the right people see the right things.

  • Keep sources synced for blogs, channels, and feeds that update over time.

  • Add context and dates so your Delphi understands meaning and recency.

  • Credit authors correctly and avoid misattribution with a simple checkbox.

  • Control citations with show/hide and URL overrides.

  • Track training status from upload to completion.

  • Organize at scale using folders, filters, and bulk edits.

Privacy is built in. You decide what’s uploaded, how it’s labeled, and where it’s used. We encourage careful review before finishing any bulk upload.

▶️ Quick Start Guide

Upload sources, gate access, tune responses—then define your Delphi's tone/behavior.

1

Open mind

Go to your Delphi's Mind page.

2

Launch add content

Click Add Content or press Command+K.

3

Choose a source

Pick Websites, YouTube, Socials, Files, Podcasts, Snippets, or Notes Apps.

4

Add items

Paste URLs, drag files, or connect apps. Check “written by or about me” only when it’s yours; otherwise add the real author.

5

Send to the dock

Click Continue to move items into the Content Loading Dock. Your picks stay while you switch tabs.

6

Set access in bulk

At the top of the dock, choose Just me / Insiders / Premium / Public for everything in this batch.

7

Edit key details

Click Edit to add Context, a Citation URL, a Publish date, and toggle Keep synced where available.

8

Finish uploading

Click Finish Uploading. Watch for the yellow Training badge that indicates that content is Queued / Training / Needs attention.

9

Organize content

Use folders, filters, and search to tidy your table. Bulk-edit if you need changes across many files.

10

Spot-check results

Open a few items, confirm attribution, and verify dates so recency works as intended.

⚠️ Notes and cautions

  • Leaving the modal discards the content loading dock. If you try to exit, use the warning to Finish Uploading or Discard changes.

  • Web videos aren’t pulled. Embedded site videos must be uploaded as files.

  • Sync adds new pages only. RSS and channels add new items; edits to old pages aren’t tracked.

❓FAQs / Troubleshooting

Why was my LinkedIn export rejected

If LinkedIn was rejected, the export likely lacked posts.

  • Re-request your data and choose the package that includes posts.

  • Upload that ZIP.

How do I get my responses to prioritize recent content?

Recent content is prioritized automatically! However, it is based on the "published date" associated with your document, which usually just defaults to the date you uploaded the document.

If recency feels off, set accurate dates and context.

  • Edit Publish date for each item.

  • Add Context to clarify versions or freshness.

If I add content from an integrated source (like Google Drive or Notion) will my collaborators have access to that document now?

When you log into an integration like Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion, Evernote, or other linked services, the login is isolated to your browser session. This means that if you log in from your email and sync files from that account, only you will be authenticated—collaborators will not be logged into your account. Instead, each user can connect their own accounts separately, ensuring personalized and secure content management.

  • However, once content is uploaded to Delphi, all collaborators will be able to view it in the Content Table by clicking on the gear icon and going to “View Document.”

In summary, while files uploaded into Delphi are visible to all instance collaborators, everything else within your linked accounts (Google Drive, Notion, etc.) remains private and secure. Be mindful of what you upload to ensure it aligns with what you want to share.
