What it is
The Content Table is your master list of documents and media.
Key features
Track status with the yellow pill: Queued, Training, Needs attention.
Switch views between List and Gallery layouts.
Filter fast by Status, Type, and Access group.
Search by keyword with the magnifying glass.
Sort by Name, Type, or Updated.
Organize with folders you create from + Folder.
Select in bulk to update many items at once.
✅ Best practice: Filter by Needs attention first, fix issues, then organize into folders.

✏️ How to use the content table
Open the table
Go to the Mind tab.
Next to Add Content, you’ll either see the total words your mind is trained on or a yellow Training pill. Click the pill to view documents by status: Queued, Training, or Needs attention.
Choose your view
Toggle List () for dense review.
Toggle Gallery () for visual scanning.
Filter to a working set
Click Filter.
Filter by Status
Queued — Uploaded, waiting to start training.
Training — Currently processing.
Needs attention — Failed or missing info; open to fix.
Filter by Type
File, Snippet (Q&A or Text Note), Website, YouTube, Podcast, Notion, Evernote, Slack, X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Filter by Access group.
Just me — Only you can see it.
Insiders — Visible to your Insider tier.
Premium — Visible to paid members.
Public — Visible to anyone who can view your Delphi.
Apply filters to narrow results.
Search by keyword
Click the magnifying glass.
Type a title or phrase to find items fast.
Sort for review
Click Name for A→Z or Z→A.
Click Type for internal type order.
Click Updated for newest first.
Create folders
Click plus (+) next to search → Folder.
Name the folder and Create.
Move items later as part of your organization flow.
Manage rows at a glance
Use checkboxes to select items.
Open the three dots for quick actions like Delete.
Save single-item editing for the separate guide.
✏️ How to take bulk actions
Target the right items
Filter by Type and Access group.
Add Status if you’re triaging uploads.
Select rows
Check individual boxes.
Or use the header checkbox to select all visible.
Open the bulk editor
Look for the pop-up in the bottom-right.
Confirm the count of selected items.
Edit shared fields
Access group: Set Just me, Insiders, Premium, or Public.
Context: Explain why and when to use these items.
Citation URL: Override the link shown in citations.
Hide citations: Keep sources private but usable as training data.
Attribution: Toggle “written by or about me”; add an author if needed.
Publish date: Enter original dates to improve recency.

Apply changes
Click Update content.
Wait for the success confirmation.
Verify results
Re-filter by Access or Updated to spot-check.
Sort by Updated to confirm changes landed.
