Quick tour of Delphi Studio’s layout so you can navigate, customize, and publish your digital mind in minutes.

Overview

This page is your quick map to the Delphi Studio sidebar. It walks through:

1. Profile menu (top) – how to jump into Settings, switch minds, contact support, or log out.

2. Home – the default welcome page or insights dashboard you see at sign‑in.

3. Notifications – the live feed of system alerts.

4. Core sections – the three pillars of mind‑building: Identity (persona & content), Interactions (audience management & conversations), and Advanced (integrations, broadcasts, automations, monetization).

5. Bottom bar – one‑click buttons to Preview your mind privately or Share/Publish it with the world.

Full Sidebar Guide

Profile Menu (top)

Your profile image sits at the top of the left-hand sidebar—a small circle showing either your photo or first initial. Click it anytime to open a one-tap tools menu.

Settings	Open the full Settings hub (notifications, billing, team, ownership). Click here for a more detailed explanation of everything in Settings.
Switch Minds	Jump to another digital mind you own or collaborate on—no extra sign-in.
Contact Support	Open a draft email to [email protected].
Log Out	Sign out of Delphi Studio on that device.

Home

When your mind is still in draft, Home greets you with a guided setup instead of charts and metrics. When your Delphi is published, the Welcome Page becomes an Insights Dashboard that will help you both learn from your Delphi and level it up!

To publish your Delphi, click the share () button in the bottom right corner of the sidebar! See here for more detailed instructions.

Home — Welcome Page

This is the page that will appear if you click Home but your Delphi is not published. Use this page to finish the last mile of onboarding so you can get past the Welcome Page and into Insights!

Card	Purpose	Pro tip
Meet Your Delphi (banner)	A warm header that confirms you’re in the right workspace.
Profile Card	Displays your photo, headline, short bio, and any social links you added during onboarding.	Need edits? Jump to Identity → Profile straight from the sidebar.
Publish Your Delphi	Shows a three-item checklist and a disabled Publish button until all are green: 1. Verify identity 2. Record or upload voice 3. Add ≥ 1,000 training words to your mind	Click each task to be taken to the right section. Once complete, the top right corner of that card turns to a green checkmark—and then you can publish in one click!
First Insight	A single AI-generated observation about your background or expertise, drawn from LinkedIn and uploaded docs.
What You’re Known For	A tag cloud of expertise labels you chose during onboarding (e.g., Startup Funding, PLG, SaaS Pricing).	These tags will soon power search on Delphi’s consumer platform, helping new learners discover your mind! Choose them based on what you want people to know you for :)

When your Delphi is published, this Welcome layout disappears and Home transforms into the full Insights Dashboard covered below.

Home — Insights Dashboard

The Insights Dashboard is where your notifications live. You can keep up to date with top level items like Most Popular Topics, Total Number of Conversations, User Spotlights Active Users, Messages Answered, etc.

Why can't I see my Insights Dashboard?

• Your Delphi is not published! To get access to the Insights Dashboard, your Delphi has to be published.

• To publish your Delphi, click the share button in the bottom right corner of the sidebar ( ) and then click publish! See here for more detailed instructions.

Notifications

This tab is where users can catch up on important updates about their activity. This includes alerts when someone interacts with their Delphi, account-related changes, and other useful reminders that help them stay on top of engagement and activity.

Core Sections

These are the three main workspaces in Studio—the big buckets that group all the detailed tabs you’ll use while building your mind.

Identity: shape your Delphi's persona

The Identity section controls everything users see and hear when they meet your Delphi.

• Profile sets the headline, bio, handle, and photo so visitors know who’s speaking.

• Mind houses every document, link, or note that feeds your mind’s knowledge base.

• Voice lets you record or upload audio (or Pro Voice) so replies sound authentically yours.

• Video adds a friendly intro clip that greets first-time visitors.

Together, these tools create a consistent, human tone that builds trust and keeps guidance on-brand.

Interactions: see your audience

The Interactions section shows you who’s talking to your Delphi and how those conversations unfold.

• Audience is your live user table—filter, tag, or export every person who has ever chatted. Use tags to segment by interest or plan and trigger tailored outreach later.

• Conversations gives you a transcript viewer with search, sentiment highlights, and jump-to-citation links, so you can audit answers, spot confusion, or celebrate wins without leaving Studio.

• Access Groups let you bundle permissions (message limits, premium features, or time-boxed trials) and apply them to any audience segment in one click—perfect for gating VIP perks or running cohorts.

Taken together, Interactions turns raw chats into structured data, making it easy to understand engagement patterns and deliver the right level of access for every user.

Advanced: scale beyond one-to-one

The Advanced section adds growth levers on top of your core mind.

• Integrations spread your Delphi access across web, voice, and chat platforms.

• Broadcasts send personalized email or SMS campaigns, then track opens, clicks, and replies in Home.

• Actions create rule-based workflows—think “if purchased membership, send thank you in chat.”

• Products define merchandise or services your Delphi can recommend with quick-buy buttons.

Use Advanced features to automate outreach, monetize expertise, and multiply impact while staying hands-off.

Preview & Share

Two buttons anchor the bottom of the sidebar and give you instant control over how - and whether - the world sees your Delphi.

Preview your Delphi

Opens a private chat with your Delphi that only you and your collaborators can access until you publish it (see below). This is how you get to talk to yourself!

Share/Publish ( )

Clicking the share button ( ) pops a modal with two tabs: Share and Invite. ​

Under Share:

• Publish toggle: Turn your mind on or off for the public; a green light means anyone with the URL can chat, otherwise the modal says "Publish."

• Copy Link / View Live: Grab the unique handle or open it in a new tab.

• Generate QR Code: Generate a scannable code—optionally pre-filled with a starting question—for events or printouts.

Under Invite:

• Type one or many email addresses, hit plus (+), then Send Invites to grant private access without needing to publish.

Related FAQs

Why can't I preview my Delphi?

• You probably can't preview your Delphi because you haven't verified your identity. Click "Verify to preview," then follow on-screen ID steps. Refresh once approved. At that point, the bottom left corner will says "Preview Delphi."

How do I share my Delphi?

1. Click the Share ( ) icon in the bottom-bar (next to Preview Delphi).

2. Flip the Publish toggle to turn your mind on for the public.

3. Copy the auto-generated link or hit View Live to test it.

4. Optional extras:

   • QR Code → download a scannable graphic, pre-fill a starter question if you like.

   • Invite tab → type emails, press +, then Send Invites for private beta access.

5. Drop the link in newsletters, social posts, or embed it on your site—anyone with the URL can start chatting instantly.
