Conversations

Oversee every user chat with your Delphi in one place.

Overview

The Conversations tab is your command center. From one screen, you review every chat your users have with your Delphi, edit any reply, translate messages, and open full user profiles.

Why it matters:

  • Protect quality. Edit any Delphi response to correct mistakes, add knowledge where it's lacking, and reinforce your unique voice.

  • Train your Delphi. Every revision becomes training data, sharpening future answers.

  • Gain insight. See how and when users engage, asking what kinds of questions and having what types of conversations.

  • Coach smarter. Scan past chats before a session to spot knowledge gaps and tailor guidance.

By seeing the full story in one place, you guide each learner with confidence and uphold Delphi’s mission to democratize mentorship.

Full Feature Guide

Individual Conversation View

“Conversation View” shows a user's full conversation so you never lose context.

What you see

  • Timestamped chat history—user lines in gray, Delphi lines in blue.

  • A live “hours-ago” marker telling you when the user last responded in the thread.

  • Infinite scroll so older messages load automatically as you move upward.

What you can do

  • Hover over any Delphi reply to Revise or Copy.

  • Hover over any user message to Copy text for easy reuse elsewhere.

  • Translate in the top right corner to any language of your choosing.

  • Scroll freely without fear of breaking history—nothing deletes.

  • Send a message directly from the Conversations page to your user.

Use Conversation View first when you need the full backstory before coaching, if you want to see the full context of a user's conversation to learn how they are engaging with your Delphi, or for editing/training purposes.

Revise a Delphi Reply

Fine-tune any answer in seconds:

  • Hover over a blue Delphi reply and click Revise.

  • Read the popup. You’ll see the user’s message on top and Delphi’s current reply below.

  • Rewrite the reply in the “Improved answer” field.

  • Choose whether to alert the user. “Notify user” is checked by default—uncheck it to skip the email.

  • Click Update answer. Your edit saves as training data and, if opted, sends the new reply to the user.

Filtering & Search lets you zero-in on the right conversation in seconds.

How to narrow the list (filter)
  • Click the filter icon (). Pick one or more channels—web, embed, voice, WhatsApp, SMS.

  • Set a date range: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom span.

  • Combine channel and date filters to trim noise fast.

  • Clear the filter list to see all conversations again.

Stay ahead of issues: regularly check the Notifications tab. It surfaces alerts, flagged messages, and any questions your Delphi hasn’t answered.

Tip: Decide on a favorite filter set (e.g., “SMS + Last 7 days”) for routine check-ins on high-priority channels.

User Profile Integration

User Profile Integration lets you open a full dossier on any learner without leaving the chat.

  • Add or edit “User Info” sentences to capture milestones or preferences.

  • Manage access—grant, revoke, or restore login rights in one click.

  • Jump to “All Conversations” to scan every past interaction with this learner.

âť—Best Practices

Review conversation history before each in-person chat

Reading your audience's recent chats arms you with context—questions they asked, breakthroughs they had, and areas still unclear. Spend two minutes scanning the latest thread so you can start the call with tailored conversation instead of generic prompts.

Revise your Delphi's responses to keep it learning

Every edit you make feeds your Delphi fresh training data. Aim to refine at least three replies per week—focus on common questions and edge cases. Over time, these small tweaks add up to sharper, more personalized answers. Learn how to do so here.

Monitor the Notifications tab for urgent needs

Check the Notifications tab daily. It flags unanswered questions and system alerts so you can jump in before a learner feels stuck.

❓FAQs / Troubleshooting

Can I edit my Delphi’s responses after they’re sent?

Yes, you can edit your Delphi's responses after they're sent. Of course, the user will still have been sent the original message, but revising after the fact changes how it appears in the user's conversation history.

To do so, hover over the blue Delphi reply, click Revise, rewrite the text, decide whether to notify the user, and click Update answer to save the change (and train Delphi). To learn more, see here.

What happens if a user messages in a different language?

When a message arrives in another language, you can click the Translate icon (top-right corner ) to switch the entire thread to English or any target language. This way, you can always know what your users are saying, even if they're speaking in a different language.

Can I message users directly from within Delphi’s interface?

Yes, you can message users directly from within Delphi's interface. Type your note in the conversation’s text box and press Enter; your words post as the next Delphi reply and appear instantly to the user, though they get a message showing that this was written directly from you and not your Delphi.
