Manage and analyze your Delphi user database in the Audience tab.

Overview

The Audience tab gives you a live dashboard of everyone who has ever interacted with your Delphi. It lets you turn raw conversations into insight—so you can serve people better and advance Delphi’s mission to democratize mentorship.

Why it matters

  • Track engagement — see every message count, last-active date, and membership tier at a glance.

  • Sync with your CRM — push or pull contacts to HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, ConvertKit, or Beehive without leaving Delphi.

  • Filter instantly — slice the list by tags, time frames, message ranges, opt-in status, and more.

  • Sort for insight — reorder by name, messages, or last activity to spot patterns fast.

  • Search by name — jump straight to any user with the search bar.

  • Bulk-edit tags — add or remove labels across many users in one action.

  • Revoke or grant access — manage who can reach your Delphi with one click.

  • Open rich profiles — view full conversation history, contact info, and custom notes for each person.

Follow these six steps to get instant value from the Audience tab.

Open the Audience tab

Toggle to Active

Click Active to view only people who have sent at least one message.

Sort by Messages (desc.)

Click the three dots next to the “Messages” header and select "descending" to surface your most engaged users.

Sort by Last Active (desc.)

Click the three dots next to “Last Active” and select "descending" to see who spoke with Delphi most recently.

Filter by Membership Tier

Open the filter icon () → check desired tiers → Apply.

Invite a New User

Hit Invite, enter an email, and click Send 1 Invite.

Open a user profile

Click any name to view conversation history, contact info, and notes.

Manage Access

Inside the profile, hit Revoke Access (or Grant Access) to control entry.

Follow these steps and you’ll identify engaged members, grow your list, and take action in minutes.
